Past Life Regression is a gentle form of hypnosis, which takes an individual back through time, to their previous lives or incarnations, by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in their subconscious mind. These memories are usually concealed beneath the noise of everyday thoughts and a Past Life Regression session helps to guide you out of the noise, and into a deeply quiet and peaceful state, where it’s easier to locate the memories that are held in your subconscious mind.

  • Reconnect with past life experiences.

  • Help you understand why you feel a deep connection with certain places.

  • Understanding and challenging fears or beliefs that you have been unable to explain.

  • Identify physical ailments you have, which may be remnants of past life experiences.

  • Acknowledge and embrace the key lessons learned through those lives.

  • While in a very deep level of relaxation, you many regress into one past life, or more than one past life, during our session. You may discover lives that have shared with people that you currently have a close bond with, in your present life. • No definitely not. Only you have access to your subconscious. My job is to help you relax and open your subconscious so that you can remember, then guide you through the process. I will not put thoughts into your mind or ask leading questions. I will only ask you to expand on what you are already seeing.

  • Yes, you will be safe throughout the process.

  • The regression itself generally takes around 60 minutes. I like to talk with you before and after the session, so I would suggest that you set aside at least 2 hours. In essence, the length of the session will be determined by what unfolds. Every session is unique.

  • Sessions are normally held in my office, here in New Paltz, or online over Zoom. If meeting through Zoom is your preferred choice, I will send you a link to access our meeting some time beforehand. You do not need a subscription to Zoom for our meeting, that is taken care of on my end. If holding your session on Zoom, you will need to ensure that all notifications and interruptions are managed throughout the session.
